The Rustic Hippie 7-Day Return Policy For Store Credit

At The Rustic Hippie, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, we offer a straightforward 7-day store credit return policy  to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. 

Return Period: 

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for store credit.

Eligibility For Returns: 

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all the tags still attached.
• Please include the original receipt of proof of purchase with your return. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

• Sale items or clearance items. 
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered. 

How To Return: 

• Prepare Your Return: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
• Contact Us For Return Instructions.
• Ship Your Return: Send your return packages to the address provided on the refund email we send you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. 

Returning Shipping Costs: 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part ( e.g. wrong item sent, defective item) 

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days for store credit. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges: 

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
